Matthew worked as a safety investigator for FMCSA and has trained both law enforcement and motor carriers on a variety of DOT topics. He has also conducted safety audits and compliance reviews on a wide variety of carriers.
Business Development Manager
Margie brings over 40 years of investigative, enforcement, and operational program management experience encompassing both federal and state roadside, investigative and enforcement programs, to include the US DOT, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, State, and international law enforcement.
Terrell has worked for both the State Oregon Motor Carrier Division and with FMCSA as a special agent. He has extensive experience in motor carrier enforcement, Hazardous Materials compliance and specialized in Cargo Tank facility compliance reviews.
Cheryl worked as an over-the-road truck driver before getting into commercial motor vehicle enforcement where she conducted roadside inspections and compliance reviews for the Department of Public Safety in Georgia. After joining US DOT, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in 2012 she continued conducting roadside inspections and compliance investigations before her appointment as the Federal Training Academy Manager.
Earl has worked in law enforcement and consulting for 27 years. He has conducted roadside inspections, compliance reviews
and has taught nationally on a wide range of of DOT topics to both law enforcement and enterprise level industry professionals.
Received his BS in Accounting in 1998 and an MBA focused in Economics in 2005. Experience includes over 20 plus years in the industry. Previously worked for Kraft Tank as the VP of Finance and the Director of Finance for Qualawash Holdings.
Arturo has worked with USDOT for 20 years as a border inspector specializing in hazardous materials, cargo tank and motor coach enforcement. He has also worked for Lockheed Martin as aeronautics as Quality assurance inspector and non destructive technician.
Randy has 35 years in industry an a registered inpsector, ASME R-stamp welder and ASE master technician. He has served as a shop foreman and director of maintenance and has received multiple awards for excellence.
